I've spent 23 years managing programmes that couldn't afford to fail — aircraft supply chains, national digital infrastructure, automotive manufacturing lines, and large-scale enterprise AI initiatives.
What I found, consistently, was that the methodology gap between project delivery and AI delivery was enormous. Teams were using Agile frameworks built for software features to govern AI programmes worth hundreds of millions — and wondering why governance was breaking down.
Sigma Strategies is the answer to that gap. It is a project, process, and product management consultancy — not an AI agency. AI is the solution methodology we deploy to solve the operational challenges organisations have always faced. The discipline comes first; AI amplifies it and makes results measurably better.
